Sterling Silver Zippos
In 1955 Zippo introduced more stylized "Zippo" design engraved on the bottoms of its pocket lighters. About the same time the slim Zippo model was introduced. It had a flat bottom similar to the full-sized Sterling Zippo model. Since then, the Zippo sterling markings have remained largely unchanged. 1955-57 Sterling slim Zippo with initials BMC and with the dating marks.
